Broker411 is a carrier-filed public record about freight brokers. It is the inverse of Carrier411 FreightGuard: carriers report brokers, not the other way around.

What you may file

File only firsthand business facts: non-payment, slow pay, double brokering, rate cuts after pickup, TONU, silence after the load moved, claim disputes, or identity/MC fraud. Do not file rumors, competitors’ gossip, or personal attacks.

Your name stays on it

Reports show the filing carrier’s legal name and MC. That is intentional. A one-way anonymous blacklist is how FreightGuard went wrong.

72-hour retract

You can take a report down completely for 72 hours. After that, a retract hides the details but leaves a marker on the broker’s timeline.

Right of reply

The broker whose MC is on the file can publish a reply on the same report. Broker411 does not adjudicate the dispute. Readers see both sides.

FMCSA data

Authority snapshots are pulled from public SAFER records by MC. Leading zeros are stripped. A live SAFER card is not a credit rating and not legal advice. Broker411 does not publish a composite broker score. Rights, duties, and what the platform does not cover are on the rights & duties page.
